Karen Sim's Reflection on the Caterpillar Story ( What Mrs Lau told us during devotion)Once, there were two caterpillars, Humble and Confident. Confident ate a lot and soon grew grouchy and angry, while Humble ate just what he needed to fill his stomach. Humble did not turn grouchy and angry. After a while, the 2 caterpillars got into their cocoons. After that, only Humble turned into a beautiful butterfly but Confident did not.
From this story, I have learnt not to be greedy and just be satisfied with what I have.
Psalms 25 :9
" He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way "
Esther Choy's Reflection on TsunamiA tsunami happened about a week ago. The tsunami hit Sri Lanka, Phuket and Indonesia. I was shocked when I heard of the tsunami disaster! Not long before it happened, I went to Wild Wild Wet and I experience a miniature tsunami, and I could hardly get my breath between each wave. I feel sorry for those who have to suffer in that disaster. I hope that the money people are giving to Red Cross society to help those who were affected.
